Weight Loss

So I really thought that getting married would give me the motivation for weight loss. It does, but life seems to alway get in the way. I have been doing really good at trying not to each too much sweets and have been watching portion sizes. I try to work out every day after work. I want to do twice a day - morning and evening, but the morning has not happened yet. Next week is going to be the week. I want to be running again, but I am so out of shape that its going to take a while to get to that level again. But I AM going to try. I NEED NOT to give up. I have over 8 months till the wedding. I can do this. Just remember that end picture :D
